I had a wonderful swim and learned so much at my first triathlon! Thank you to Rachel and Annamarie for choosing me to swim for our team of two. Annamarie had a fantastic ride and run and put us into first place for the women's relay category. Nice to have success from the start.
I can't compare this race to others since it was my first exposure to triathlon racing, but I was really impressed with how friendly and happy everyone seemed. Tons of support all around too. This great experience has motivated me to put triathons high on my agenda for the future.
